Refund policy

Damaged or Defective: We guarantee that our products will be of excellent quality. If you have a damaged order, please reach out to us at orders@betterman.com and we will make it right.

Return/Exchange Policy: We guarantee that our products will be of excellent quality, and thus do not accept returns. If you decide you would like to exchange for a different book, we accept do exchanges for a different book or product, provided such return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund if applicable.

Core books DO NOT APPLY to the exchange policy. These are final sale.

Initiating Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email orders@betterman.com with the order number and the reason for exchange. The replacement product will be sent once the exchange arrives at Deliverzen.  Please mail returns to:
